Game Features:

- You can play Tic Tac Toe against friends, family or against the computer in easy or hard mode.
- The hard mode involves basic artificial intelligence that keeps track of moves in order to block you and even tries to win when it sees the opportunity.
- There are multiple characters living in our underwater version of Tic Tac Toe which we hope you are going to enjoy.
- To complement the underwater experience, we added various water drops and splashes sounds, which you can toggle on or off with ease.
